9:30 - 11:00 Cattle and ranch activities by teams: milking; preparation, equipment setting and management of the horses
9:30 Group is divided into two parts
Group A: In pairs, learn how to properly milk a cow
Group B: In pairs, learn to saddle their horses

10:00 Group meets.
Two members of Group A are in charge of instructing 2 members of the Group B on how to properly milk a cow
10:30 Group meets.
Two members of Group B are in charge of instructing 2 members in Group A on how to saddle their horses.
Objective: To provide experiences of identity, confidence and leadership, causing interaction, encouraging participation, raising awareness of group projection.
Benefit: Increase communication, induce teamwork, encourage negotiation and decision making and promoting knowledge feedback.
|11:00 - 12:00 Breakfast and dynamics of integration|
Objective: Open an atmosphere of unity and harmony to undertake the adventure, the development and group and individual learning.
Benefits: Feeling of belonging and bonding between team members.
12:00 - 12:15 Preparation for the ride
Objective: To familiarize participants with the proper handling of the horse with an introduction to the basic indications. Give confidence to the rider.
Benefits: Understanding the relationship Rider - horse for a safe and pleasant journey, allowing them to enjoy the amazing scenery.
12:30 - 2:00 Riding in the canyon
Objective: Recovering our identity with nature. Coexist with horses fosters leadership attitude.
Benefits: Contact with nature extends our comprehensive wellness and enhances our connection with the earth. The horse management develops concentration and increases self-confidence, enhances intuition and body language, increases the sense of responsibility and adaptability, providing psychomotor coordination, balance, harmony and empowerment to overcome any obstacle.

3:00 to 4:15 Continues ride to the rocks
4:15 to 5:00 Arrive to the cliff, RAPPEL.
Talk about overcoming challenges and personal empowerment
Objectives: The adrenaline is like a small turbo that powers our heart and frees our being in an expansive wave of extra energy and well being resulting in a discharge of personal empowerment.
